Warrick County Redevelopment Comsission
Established by local ordinance, the Warrick County Redevelopment Commission (RDC) promotes business growth and manages land use and development. It advises local officials, and oversees Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts outside municipalities. The commission also has authority to issue bonds and use TIF to support key development projects.

Meetings
Warrick County Redevelopment Commission meets immediately following the Economic Development Advisory Council meetings at 3 PM on the third Thursday of the month. Meeting start times will vary. The meetings are held in the Friedman Park Event Center classroom. Meeting dates are subject to change. Please see below for upcoming meeting dates.
