Hoosier Business Investment Tax Credit
The EDGE Tax Credit offers refundable tax credits to businesses that create new jobs and invest in Indiana. Credits are earned over time based on actual employment growth.
The Skills Enhancement Fund (SEF) provides assistance to businesses to support training and upgrading skills of employees required to support new capital investment
The Hoosier Business Investment Tax Credit offers non-refundable tax credits to businesses investing in facilities, equipment, and infrastructure in Indiana. Credits are based on eligible capital investment and earned as projects are completed.
Local Incentives

Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
TIF districts capture future property tax growth from new development and reinvest it into infrastructure, utilities, and site improvements that support business expansion and community growth.

Tax Abatement
Tax abatement may be offered by local governments on new real property and equipment. If granted, abatement terms and amounts are determined by the County Council.

Developer Purchased Bonds
Developer purchased bonds allow projects to move forward by financing infrastructure and public improvements upfront. The bonds are purchased and repaid by the developer.
